"Before joining the bench in November 1992, Justice Taubman worked for the Colorado Coalition of Legal Services Programs from April 1982 to February 1993 (and as Director since March 1983). Before this he was a Staff Attorney with the Center on Social Welfare Policy & Law in New York from September 1980 to April 1982. Prior experience also included Managing Attorney, Pikes Peak Legal Services, Colorado Springs, (August 1978-September 1980); Law Clerk, Stephen Zane Rothchild, San Jose, CA, (October 1977-June 1978); Staff Attorney, Pikes Peak Legal Services, Colorado Springs, CO, (November 1975-September 1977); and as Law Clerk for the Hon. Charles E. Stewart, Jr., US District Court (September 1974-September 1975).^[5]"
