This patent-pending, self-cleaning dryer filter improves the airflow inside the dryer by clearing lint during the cycle. This improves the lives of dryer users everywhere, promises to save 7-21 billion kWh each year, and save dryer owners millions of hours in the US by improving dryer efficiency by 20-40%!

The goal of Gyre Sticker is to educate 1 million people per year about the Great Pacific Garbage Patch until it has been cleaned up. The Great Pacific Garbage Patch is a floating landfill 1-2 times the size of Texas (700,000-1,400,000 km^2) located off the North coast of Hawaii. I'm building a curriculum for class use, here, and have put in place tools to help make direct action cheap and easy, here. The business model is built around decentralized mushroom cultivation on byproducts like spent brewers' grains and woodchips. Local partnerships can be built to secure inputs at low cost and everything you need to get started can be found on the open-source oriented site, as well as hundreds of pictures describing processes and information about the results of my lab work.
