Moogsoft is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to manage and drive the BDR Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing a team of BDRs that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities and sales pipeline within their assigned territories. You will play a key role as as you will manage this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team, and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate objectives.
Who Are Looking For:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a highly effective internal lead generation team through coaching A players to consistently achieve pipeline contribution performance targets in a non-scripted approach.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Process and metric oriented.
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales and lead generation environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Superb organization skills, attention to detail, and diligence with logging all activity in CRM.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work in a high-growth rapidly changing marketplace.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, Prospect, Sales Navigator & DiscoverOrg.
Role/Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of BDRs.
  • Reporting on sales and pipeline generation activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
  • Regularly report and manage team/individual results - lead quantity, quality, revenue.
  • Work closely with Marketing and alliances on defining campaign follow-up and reporting and on lead quantity and quality.
  • Work closely with Sales Management team and Reps to ensure we drive pipeline needed to meet business requirements and growth.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement and innovation in the areas of process, efficiency, & productivity.
  • Contribute thought leadership and best practice, both internally and externally, around business transformation.
  • Continually assess telephone-orientated lead generation campaign and marketing program effectiveness to determine successful growth, investment areas, message optimization and decreased focus.
  • Act as liaison between the UK and US BDR teams.
