New Real Estate tool

I have been thinking about working as an agent in an apartment rental office and daydreamed the other day about taking only those clients who were willing to use the train to visit apartments, helping them decide where they wanted to be based on a thoughtful conversation and tools like walkscore. Very cool that Walkscore looks to be releasing their algorithm on their .org site: www.walkscore.org.
