"Pasta Puttana. Puttana (n.whore). Pasta Whore.
Truth is puttana was my first Italian word. The family patriarchs were modern in their translation, invoking good food over loose women. In time, I fused the word with images of Sunday dinners and Grandpa's ragu. Now, I make tender, silky fresh pasta with the best organic and local ingredients as homage to those crazy Italian family meals. It takes hours to handcraft but seconds to cook, and like all things pure at heart, needs little more than olive oil and sea salt. Serve with a side of family ...and slang."
