The Role
We are looking for a driven Growth Marketing Manager to help drive marketing optimization and growth strategies for the revenue marketing team. This is an opportunity to help build the revenue marketing function in a scaling organization. This role will lead digital strategy, drive campaign execution, and find opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, data driven, and strategic, with experience across B2B relevant channels and a proven ability to drive revenue through marketing activities. This role requires a strong combination of strategy and tactical execution. Experience with marketing automation is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Lead experimentation throughout the funnel to increase conversions and revenue. Develop hypothesis, work with relevant teams, implement experiments, and conduct post-experiment analysis.
Provide strategic leadership for VictorOps’ digital marketing efforts. Work with our digital contractor to ensure optimization of digital activities.
Own the buyer’s journey, understanding the customer experience of interacting with VictorOps before purchasing. Ensure that touchpoints align for a positive customer experience that drives prospects through the funnel.
Skills / Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience
Experience in B2B, SaaS, startups, and/or high-tech
Highly driven and self-motivated, comfortable with autonomy and driving initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytically minded and measurement driven
Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
Ability to operate in a strategic capacity with limited supervision
Excellent people, management, and organizational skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, as well as 3rd parties
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple projects and personalities at all times
