Proudly Puerto Rican Produce

I'd love to help bind the following elements together to turn Puerto Rico from a literal disaster to a model for sustainable paradise.

Here are the elements I see as part of this this equation:

Elon Musk - Solar City / Tesla to contract at cost for the grandest scale sustainable solar project ever.

Walton family - to contract all the produce as "Proudly Puerto Rican Produce," purchased at prices that allow the local economy to recover an effectively help Americans show our support for our beleagured, neglected fellow Americans.

Richard Branson - Entrepreneur, financier, Carribbean dweller - understands the implications of Maria's impact, might want to show Trump & the American government how a profit could be made helping this population recover & lead the way as a businessman turning problems into profits.

Puerto Rico's economy has shifted from agrarian to Manufacturing, but given the circumstances an agrarian-driven recovery may help get them back on their feet with a fairly straightforward plan; combine solar power to make the island self-sufficient and sustainable, including PPAs, etc to help finance and partner with Wal-Mart or similar large retailer (Whole Foods / Amazon may be more values aligned than Wal-Mart) as a partner to monetize the produce stream.
