Thesis on Cognac: I took the opportunity to travel several times between Tours and Cognac, France to learn about Cognac. I visited Hennesy, Remy Martin, and several other smaller cognac producers to learn about the process, business, and culture of Cognac. I love food; after a great meal, il faut un bon cognac.
